The location is fantastic, with easy access to the port and public transport to the airport. Being on the high street, there are plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants, cinema, and cafes nearby. It's the perfect place for a quick stay in Athens before heading to the Greek Isles. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are all provided. During my recent stay in Piraeus, I found a great hotel that suited all my needs. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the port. This made it incredibly convenient for me as I had arrived late from the islands and needed a place nearby to rest for the night. I also had an early flight the next morning, so the hotel's proximity to the airport was a big plus for me.
Although the room was basic and a bit outdated, it served its purpose for a one-night stay. It was clean and spacious enough for me and my baby, with plenty of room for her to play around.
